There are times in life when what once felt certain no longer fits, and something new begins to form.
One-on-One support in times of transition
Grief is deeply personal, often disorienting, and rarely experienced in isolation. It is not a single event, but a layered process that touches identity, meaning, and the way we move through the world.
In my work, I offer one-on-one support for individuals navigating loss and significant life transitions. This includes grief, but also the wider terrain of identity shifts—when life no longer fits the way it once did, and something new is beginning to form.
My approach is grounded in the understanding that we do not simply “move on” from loss. We integrate it over time, slowly rebuilding a sense of self, meaning, and direction.
Together, we explore:
what has been lost, both visible and unseen?
how your identity is shifting in response?
what is emerging in this new landscape of your life?
how to move forward with greater clarity and self-trust
This is not about rushing healing or arriving at a fixed version of “the next chapter.” It is about making space for what is true, and supporting the gradual process of becoming that follows profound change.
