In order to create the change your team most desires in the world, you need to know where you are starting from, a clear plan for getting you there, and a guide and mentor to help you achieve your results.

  1. Discovery. Assessing the organization’s state of readiness provides the foundation to create a focused plan for implementing the change you seek. During this phase, we will apply a comprehensive approach to gathering information and creating a profile on your team members’ individual strengths.

  2. Roadmap. During this stage, we create a plan that builds upon the foundational information and knowledge gained during the Discovery phase. Achieving consensus, and a clear commitment to key actions and milestones is a critical part of this phase.

  3. Implementation. During this phase, the focus is on operationalizing the information gathered in Phase 1 and 2 to attain optimal impact while minimizing the overwhelm that can come when we become more visible while implementing leadership change.
